Why We Love It: These crackers are light, flavorful, and contain ancient grains and real vegetables, both of which we love! They’re also super allergy-friendly including being certified gluten-free (safe for celiacs), certified vegan, soy-free and completely peanut/tree-nut free (that means produced in a nut-free facility), and much lower in carbs than your typical cracker. We love munching on them right out of the box, but if you want a little more protein or variety, they’re great with dip or hummus!
Meet the Makers: Luke’s Organic is based in Santa Cruz, CA and is named after the owners’ nephew, who was diagnosed with celiac at 7 years old.
