Why We Love It: They had us at Thanksgiving. Who wouldn’t want a little reminder of Thanksgiving year-round in the form of a healthy snack? So Think Jerky’s Thanksgiving turkey jerky doesn’t exactly taste like your entire Thanksgiving plate, but it’s got enough sweet and herby flavors to give you a reminder. This turkey jerky is also made from free-range no-added-hormone-or-antibiotic turkey, and the texture if softer and more moist than the typical jerkies you buy from the grocery store that tend to be hard to bite into and tough to chew. Plus it’s gluten-free and uses no nitrates.

Meet the Makers: Based in Chicago, IL, Think Jerky was founded in 2013 by Ricky Hirsch, who was on a mission to create a jerky that wasn’t loaded with sugar or salt. Fun Fact: Before founder Ricky got into the jerky business, he was the finance business, working in New York and then for himself trading equities.
